Better Communication
Residents deserve clear answers, timely callbacks, and easy-to-understand information from City Hall.
Water Department Improvements
We need transparency, stronger internal communication, better customer service, and long-term planning for our water system.
Community Pride & Beautification
Through the Community Beautification Connection, we can clean up, plant, improve, and celebrate the city of Ward one neighborhood at a time.
Opportunities for the Next Generation
The Ward Water Internship Program can help local students learn trades, build skills, and serve their community.
More Connection, More Community
Second Saturdays: Ward Nights, a Ward–Austin Welcome Packet, and community garden efforts can help residents feel informed, welcomed, and involved.
Meet Stacey…
I am married to Jimmy McMinn, with 3 children, Spence (wife, Madison), Madison and Brannon, plus 3 grandchildren, Bear, Marlee and Emmett. As a lifelong community member of the city of Ward, I have experience in public service, education, healthcare, and local government. I am a second generation graduate from Cabot School District and attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville focusing on a Communications Degree. Gaining “real life skills”, I served on the Cabot School Board, Ward City Council, chairing the Water Committee, volunteered with Ward Parks & Recreation, served as President of the Ward Chamber of Commerce, and I have worked for Allied Therapy Pediatric Services for the past 28 years.
My heart for Ward is simple: listen first, work hard, and bring people together.
